Advice for female beginner (weight loss)?

Hi all,
I’ve worked out that I need to aim for about 1200kCal per day (depending on exercise) so plan to have

  • an oat/milk-based breakfast (250kCal) or, occasionally, 2 scoops Huel (300kCal),
  • 2 scoops Huel with water for lunch
leaving about 600kCal for drinks, snacks (if needed) and a “normal” evening meal (or 3 scoops Huel if feeling lazy/busy)

Does that sound like a reasonable plan? Any advice on home-made flavourings without adding too many calories (I was thinking chocolate powder, bouillon, even a little tomato paste).

Anything else?

Apologies if this has been covered before - I found a few similar posts, but nothing that quite matched.

Cinnamon and instant coffee make a nice low calorie change to the normal flavour.

Thanks - coffee and cinnamon is the only one I like so far.

Did you mix them together? :stuck_out_tongue: I meant separately but I could see how mixing them might work!

I did - I was thinking cinnamon latte! It didn’t occur to me you meant separately :). Try it - it’s very nice, and I will try separately.
