Hi Huelers,

New to the forum and just had my first Huel shake.

In the past five years I’ve gone from a healthy 68kg (5ft 9, 30 year old female) to a staggering 89kg!!! I’ve gone from a size 10 to a size 16-18 and a 28 inch waist to a 36 inch waist. Bad news all around.

I’m moving to Australia in 3 months and am DETERMINED to go there a healthy weight with a healthy mind and an even healthier body.

So, will keep you updated on how I go. Wish me luck!!!

Oh, and I recommend drinking Huel with a straw - tastes much better :slight_smile:
