I’m new to Huel and starting my adventure this week. I’ve already had the suggested coffee shot breakfast, which I’ll definitely be repeating! I was just curious if there have been any known cases of side-effects or allergic reactions from consuming huel. I’ve had on and off skin issues since my late teens and was wondering if I might expect to see this aggravate the symptoms?
