I purchased 10 bags of Huel Black 4 days ago (Oct 17) and surprisingly the package hasn’t been dispatched. So as of today (Oct 21), it’s been 4 days. Previously it only took 1 day for the package to be dispatched. Could I get any help from Huel team? Chatting to the bot on Huel homepage was a waste of time. I called Huel too but no one seemed to be there.
The call lines are open only during normal UK office hours I believe. even though the website hasn’t been changed to reflect this, I’m pretty sure Huel changed their office hours recently to incorporate a half day on Friday. You can also chat with them on their social channels messaging functions.
You mean the staff are now working MORE hours. That’s bad news for the UK pub economy that’s already going down the pan.
