Would mixing L-theanine powder with Huel be beneficial, not have reactions with any other of the ingredients?
I use theanine before bed, right after my late night Huel/protein ‘thing’.
Works for me, sleep is better, as is sleep latency, kinds like someone has flicked a chill switch.
I take about 400mg if that helps.
