Best before Ready-to-drink

I use Ready-to-drink as a very occasional meal replacement on the go which means I now have a bunch of bottles about to pass their best-before date.

How terrified should I be about consuming them after they’re “expired”? I realize they probably won’t kill me on the day after best-before, but if the worst thing I’m facing is slightly off taste I’ll risk it.

if smells/tastes like its supposed to then have it, if it doesn’t then don’t. simple rule of thumb for any foodstuffs

I have drank one which was a day before its best before date. It had been kept in a car during summer which probably didn’t help but it was just about drinkable and didn’t make me ill but it wasn’t great.
