Black vs white for long covid/post viral fatigue

Hi all I had covid a few weeks ago and suffering really badly from fatigue during the day and evenings - it’s overwhelming. At the moment I have huel black bags as I was trying to start a healthy exercise habit in the new year but with the fatigue that isn’t exactly going to plan. I wondered if maybe the white would be better for energy levels and fatigue? Does anyone have any experience or knowledge they can share? Many thanks

Ah Alex, this absolutely sucks that you’re suffering badly from long covid. v3.0 does have more carbohydrates in which could help, but it would likely just be down to personal preference. Definitely worth a go, it might help, but I don’t think it’s going to be a silver bullet. Keep us posted how you’re getting along, really hope you start to feel better ASAP.
