I received my first order of Huel yesterday and I’ve just consumed my first lunch - 2 scoops with 400ml of water.
Perhaps it’s just in my head but I almost feel a light buzz. It’s certainly not as strong as a buzz from alcohol but it is noticeable.
Any ideas on why that is or what it might be. I quite like it

I’m still waiting for my first order, but the ingredients list Niacin, which is known for a buzz.
Maybe you’re getting nutrients that you’ve been lacking for a while, and this is causing you to feel good.
Or it could just be a psychological effect from the excitement of having something new.
I don’t get a buzz from Huel. I just feel good and balanced, with normal energy.
experienced this somewhat, I’m putting it down to nutrients as suggested above
