Can't place an order on the website

Hi

The refer a friend system is not woking.
I’m trying to place an order and when i put the code i’ve received by email on the checkout it says it’s impossible to find a discount with this code.

How to fix that?

I’ve had the same problem and I’ve solved it writing an email to the support.
I think that they’re working on that.

Thanks for emailing us, the customer experience team are best placed for dealing with these as it could be a number of things. Do make sure that the order is at least £40 as I believe this is the minimum order value.
