I have also heard working in the administrative and head offices can be really horrible. If someone makes a complaint about a product within your remit, you have 24 hours to write a full report on where you went wrong, including recommendations to avoid it happening again. And it gets escalated right up the food chain so everyone is scrutinised constantly. I may have got the details a bit fuzzy but I’ve heard similar stories from a few people ---
