I am no longer at “Regular” trust level, but have been demoted to “Member”. This happened once before, many months ago, and was optimistic at the time it was just a discourse glitch. Now that it has happened again, might I suggest some type of warning if the moderators are unpleased, before they demote.
(Like the previous time, I have not dropped off in activity.
must have visited at least 50% of days
must have replied to at least 10 different topics
of topics created in the last 100 days, must have viewed 25% (capped at 500)
of posts created in the last 100 days, must have read 25% (capped at 20k)
must have received 20 likes, and given 30 likes.*
must not have received more than 5 spam or offensive flags (with unique posts and unique users for each, confirmed by a moderator)
must not have been suspended)
I never looked before. Months ago I went to change a category (someone posted their experience under “uncategorized”). I was unable to perform the function, which I had been able to do the week before. Upon investigating, I found that I had been removed from “Regular” in spite of the fact that I met the criteria. I DM’d, and it was resolved. But someone had to go in and physically remove that level from my profile, so now I check every once in awhile to see if discourse has been overridden again.
And now it has.
(Although, I don’t count my “likes”, so it is possible I haven’t received 20 likes in the last 100 days?)
