Digestive enzymes and probiotics

What do you take?
Does it work?

I take 1 Nu U Bio-cultures a day, it has made a big difference. Before I’d just have to look at chocolate for example and my stomach would revolt.

Not sure it’s the most potent brand though as they have very little info on testing viableness etc.

I take Bulk Powders Lactospore and digestive enzymes :slight_smile:

i make my own kefir with organic whole milk with live grains i bought. So easy to make and has about 40/60 strains of bacteria compared to the 4 or 5 you get from those so called probiotic yogurts or shop bought kefir. Much cheaper to make your own too.
