A second or two? Well, I’ve occasionally done ones that can last 10 seconds or more, but they are quite rare.

It never ended for me. Had to quit the huel!
Prob depends on what your diet was like before. For example, I’ve never had any problem with Huel but was already having a diet with plenty of fibre, so it’s impossible to give a universal answer.
Your post did make me laugh though
