#getfithappy end of week 1

So the end of week 1 on huel : 1 shake each morning and the occasional huel bar.

Feeling genuinly more energised and alert in the morning… hungery on waking which is a rare treat and on the day I missed my shake and had coffee and doughnuts I felt lathargic and had a sugar crash like nothing id felt before.

Planning on spending week 2 streamlinign the process of making and blending flavours and cooking with some powder to make treats for lunchtime etc. I’ll also be trying a shake post dinner to allow the nutrition to help overnight.

What are your week 1 experiences? how long until you felt the huel craving on off days? any flavour ideas to share?
