Ok,so I’m on my 2 nd week loving the taste and texture. I work days and nights up and down the country, so this keeps me off the convenience foods.yes it costs £45 per week, but I’m saving 30 on quick bites. Only lost 4lbs so far (I’m 6ft 103kg 49 yrs old).but I keep dabbling with chocolate. It’s reduced my cups of tea intake as well.
