Glucosamine, chrondroitin and quercetin, thoughts on use alongside Huel

Hi all
I’ve been using glucosamine and chrondroitin alongside Huel and wondered if there are any benefits to this or whether the nutritional content of Huel is covering the benefits of these supplements? I’ve also stumbled across a product called quercetin that is apparently good for those who do a lot of sport. As a triathlete, I do just that so am keen to know whether all would work positively for me.
