If it’s once a day medication, the best time to take it is first thing in the morning when you get up, before you have anything to eat or drink. Then wait the prescribed amount of time before eating/drinking. Usually half hour to an hour. Having said that, here are some NHS guidelines but you should have been given instructions along with the medication

I can go running 1.5hrs after 90g of Huel and my stomach feels empty then.
Hi there, there’s no exact time when your stomach will be empty. If you’re eating the typical 3 meals a day then taking your medication in between those meals will be fine.
Like Bee said, taking your medication first thing in the morning (if that adheres to your other medication instructions) can work.
