Generally between 400 and 500ml for a standard shaker.
However, if I’m making a smoothie for my partner and I, for the two of us I use:
- 500ml water
- 4 scoops of huel
- 2 bananas
- A handful of frozen berries (usually strawberry and raspberry)
- Sometimes a tiny bit of peanut butter
So with that it only works out as 250ml water each, and with even more solids added to the mix, so it’s really thick but soooo tasty!
