Hi there everyone. I run quite a lot, around 6 times a week at around 1 hour per run. I am supposed to have around 50 to 60% of my diet made up of carbs,so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for what if anything I could add to Huel to allow me to be able to use it as a meal replacement?
You can add directly Oats flour and mixing it in a blender. Also add add fruits to the blend or use milk instead of water.
What she said. Also I use gels when doing aerobic stuff.
Back when I was doing triathlons and Iron Man stuff I had porridge after every meal. It’s stupid but it works if you just need decent low GI carbs.
Use juice or a plant-based drink instead of water.
