Hi all, my better half last night was having chicken and rice for dinner. For a change she decided to make crispy chicken using u/u huel with spices for the coating. Baked in oven until crispy - delicious!! Who needs kfc anymore?

Interesting! I can’t help but think that that that process would destroy alot of the nutrients in Huel though.
Probably but it tasted good… i’ve also made huel biccies - almost shortbread like but very tasty. Great for a snack. I think its because we’re approaching gbbo time…
