Compared to Huel White U/U v3.0, I find that using Huel White U/U v3.1 is a much lighter color after blending and there’s noticeably more white foam and bubbles formed. Is this expected?
I observed a similar effect a long time ago when blending soy protein powder, so is it perhaps the new fava bean protein causing this?
The removal of lycopene might also lead to a lighter color that I’m observing now.
