I was doing well with Original Vanilla 2.2 but v2.3 Vanilla and sweetened has a) made m psoriasis flare up and b) given me indigestion and reflux.
I’m pleased to report a switch to v2.3 unflavored and unsweetened has negated all of the above. Only downside is it tastes utterly rank!!
Fresh blueberries and honey do the trick but that’s difficult to achieve on the move.
