Is more Huel needed on days of lots of exercise?

Hi. I do quite a bit of training and regularly cycle 30 miles or run at least 15 miles. I’m almost always hungry, and even more so now that I’m 100% Huel. I’ve gone for enough calories to lose 1 pound per week as I could do with shifting half a stone. Do other people increase their intake to compensate for heavy training, or just cope with the hunger? Grateful for your thoughts. As an aside, I run ultra marathons and so do training runs in excess of 30 miles on a semi regular basis. Same question applies…

Yep, you’ll need to increase intake if you are heavy training, and again for ultra marathons.
