Why were you giving a presentation to your co-workers about Huel? Sorry for not responding, BH on Monday and I was away yesterday. Glad it went well 
We have public speaking practice at work and people participating in it talk about topics that they’re passionate about. It can be a work topic or something else so I thought that I’d talk about complete food and focus on Huel as it has a crucial role in me being extremely fit and having enough time for work and exercise.
