Mixing H&S with brown rice

Just ordered 3 H&S bags, really curious to try them out !

Has anyone tried to mix H&S with (brown) rice to add some bulk to the meal and reduce its price ? What has your experience been ?

Also wondering the nutritional impact it would have.

Hey, I can comment on the nutritional impact for you. It will vary slightly from flavour to flavour but generally, at the same calories, you’re going to have a lower protein/fat meal with higher carbs. You may be slightly higher in a few vitamins and minerals like manganese and selenium but for most of them you will be getting a bit less.

It completely depends on your diet and goals. It’s totally fine as a meal!
