I’m in your same situation but with a bag of banana powder. It tastes like it’s off. I checked the expiry date but that’s next year. I hope it’s not a change to the formula and just a bad batch.
Can you both go into a little more detail about your experience? Like, how did you make this up? Does it smell off or is it completely down to personal preference, do you think?

I’ve been eating my banana powder daily for months. A week ago I opened a new bag that came on my order from the 31st of August. At first I didn’t notice any change on the smell but, as soon as I mixed it and tried it, it was clearly different. Have you tried sunflower seeds or walnuts that are off? That’s the flavour, edible but not good.
On that order I got two bags of the same banana powder so I opened the second one and luckily this tastes normal. If I smell the content of the bag itself, they do smell different.
I can’t see any number on the bags that are different. They are both v3.1 and they say MK 6189 07:04 BBE 08/27
Sounds odd, I think the best route to resolve this I think will be to go down the support route, have you reached out to our CX team?

I was about to order my first bag (banana) when I decided to check the forum. This made me worry a little bit.
I’ve bought loads of them and this is the first one tasting off. Who knows, maybe if it was my first one I wouldn’t have noticed it 
When I finish my good one I’ll probably risk it and go for another one if I had managed to get a refund. I’ll keep you posted with the result but it’s gonna take a while, I’m going on holiday.
