I have been using huel for 3 days and so far so good. The taste is a bit too artificial sweetener, so my advice to manufacturers would be to cut back on that, however it is so convienient, but a bit lumpy at times. I’m a community nurse and have appointments all day so to have something I can drink in the car is great. I am hoping to loose a stone so do 2 scoop meals for breakfast and lunch, with an apple or bananna for elevenses, then a veg packed evening meal, so i know I’m getting some fresh nutrients.
I feel very hopeful that this will shift that stone.
