# Nutritional values per scoop

Hi guys,  
Can someone give me the nutritional values per scoop huel (non gluten free) ?  
I’m a little bit confused about the question how much protein and calories one scoop of huel delivers.

One level scoop of Huel is typically 38g. Huel does contain air so this may vary slightly from scoop to scoop. Most pro-Hueler’s use scales to be certain.
