Last Friday, I received a dispatch notification confirming that my order had been shipped in four boxes. However, only three boxes were delivered on Monday.
I checked the tracking information for the remaining box(parcel #3), and it appears to be on its way back to Huel. Would you mind looking into this and letting me know what has happened? I’d also appreciate it if you could let me know if I’ll receive the fourth box soon.
