On August 1st, I purchased €176 worth of Huel products (5 bags of Black Edition). On August 5th, I received the delivery, but there were only three. Despite numerous emails to customer service, I haven’t received any response. I have cancelled my subscription and filed a claim with PayPal. Maybe someone will reply now. Otherwise, I’ll have to find an alternative product. It’s a pity, yours was great…
