# Parcel mix up - Digital Assistant 'closing conversation' before I even speak to someone

There has been a mix up by DPD and I’ve been given a box of shoes instead of the Huel.

Tried with the digital assistant, it keeps asking me for the same information even though I was sending it every time. It couldn’t do anymore so said to reply ‘speak to a person’ which I did. Now it’s saying the conversation has been closed before I even got to speak to anyone.

Feel like I’m trapped in an endless circle trying to get help and I’m not going to get this resolved.
