# Personally importing larger amounts of Huel into Canada?

I am familiar with [the restrictions](https://discuss.huel.com/t/shipping-to-canada/8245) on Huel in Canada, which makes me very sad, but it is the way it is.

So while I understand that Huel themselves cannot ship it there, I was wondering how feasible it is to ship large quantities of Huel to yourself in Canada. Either through checked baggage or airmail.

I have seen [various[1]](https://discuss.huel.com/t/flying-with-huel-powdered/7254) [threads[2]](https://discuss.huel.com/t/taking-huel-when-flying-within-uk-customs-question/886/8) on flying with smaller amounts of Huel, which seems to raise no red flags.

But what about importing an entire box via airmail?  
Or filling every available gap in your suitcase with a bag of Hot and Savoury?

Would this get confiscated or is it only the _sale_ of Huel that is not allowed?

If anyone has similar personal experiences or more legal know-how than me I’d love to know. Thanks.
