I was sent a link by a friend so that I could buy Huel with his referral link, but every time I got the the last stage of checkout there was no discount shown. I also tried entering his name into the discount box as there was no where else to put it but the guide said it could be done. In the end I had to buy it without, but I’m wondering if I can still add it since it’s a bit annoying neither of us got the benefit of an actual referral?
This happened a while ago to me and my friend, she e-mailed customer services and they sorted it out.
