Psyllium husk users?

Following on from the Matcha post.

I take psyllium husk with each meal. Looked into it a while back and came to the conclusion it’s fine - but if anyone has some different thoughts I’d be interested to hear them!

Psyllium has some health benefits. However, you must consume PLENTY of fluid with it. I have heard some nasty reports of oesophageal damage in people consuming too little fluid.

No one else I guess. But good that you didn’t highlight any issues other than the oesophagal risk thanks James.

Tried both granules and caps. Granules leaves shaker in a gunky hard to clean mess. Caps for the win here and effectively addresses James concern too I’d say.
