Shipment Sent to Wrong Address Due to Apple Pay


I used ApplePay to pay for my first shipment. Unfortunately, my info on ApplePay had an old address as my shipping information and did not display before i confirmed payment.

Can someone please help me change the address before the package is shipped?

Hello Sam you can use live chat on the main UK website during office hours (small black speech bubble in the lower right hand corner of the page) or call customer services there during the same hours on 01296 678516. If the order has already shipped you can notify your courier to select an alternate drop off - if you are in the UK, then I believe this is very easy to do with the DPD courier service.

Of course, we can look into this for you.

Phil is absolutely right, if you would like you can change the delivery to a near by pick-up shop for your first order.
