# Smelly wind... Sorry

I used huel a few years ago and loved it… so I brought black edition but it’s making me so windy and my god It smells so bad… I want friends lol but this is so bad… is it normal?

Hi Sam, welcome to the forum. Typically the increase in fibre and protein in your diet when you include Huel can lead to flatulence, most people find that after a few weeks of regularly having Huel it subsides 🙌
