Subscription confusion

So I was going to manage my subscription but it seems to have disappeared. Should I just start a new one?

Probably…seems much easier just to do that.

Turns out the account hadn’t really disappeared, it was just that I had created the subscription on the UK website, and now there is a Swedish one. So I logged in to the UK site, cancelled my sub, and logged into the Swedish site and created a new one. All is well.
