It’s a nice, informative short video on how taste works - with lots of great details on how our brains process taste and how brands and marketeers can manipulate that perception. Also, has a nice simple try at home test to see if you’re a super taster.
Even covers one of my favourite aspects of packaging/product taste – how packaging colour and materials combined with the products own colour and texture - can prime your brain into thinking something tastes totally different to how it is in reality.
