The Nutrients/Vitamins is the %RI what is contained

Hi. This may be a silly/dumb question. However I am looking at getting a powder multi vitamin. I was looking at the nutrition in the Huel Ready to drink meal info.

If you look at the snapshot at Vitamin A as an example :

  1. Is the %RI what is contained in the 500ml? or just the recommendation?
  2. Is the 180 measured in (ug) or is it the %RI value? In the (Ug) measurement.
  3. If not above how do you have the % of what the 180 ug is?

It’s 180 μg, which is 23% of the recommended intake.
