Thickness

I’ve only used powders so far. I just tried the ready made version (chocolate) it was so thick it made me wonder how I get my home made ones so thick. Do I just cut down on water?

you can try:

  • use a little less water
  • let it stand in the refrigerator a while so the powder is fully absorbed
  • blend it with crushed ice or frozen fruits.
  • blend it with a few pieces of dried fruit or some chia seeds (this thickens it up a lot)
