Timing huel black and white meals

I’m reluctant to give bespoke advice here as I don’t know much about individuals, but what I was alluding to when I said

why not have Black during the day and regular Huel Powder after training for the additional carbs?

was that, given the limited information I’ve been provided with, it might be an idea to go for Huel Black as the default Huel of choice, except for the post-workout Huel, where regular Huel Powder might be the best choice.
