Would lemon juice destroy the nutrients?

I’ve been thinking of adding lemon juice to Huel. Both for trying the flavour and because I’ve gotten some green tea extract, and lemon juice significantly increases the uptake of the catechins in green tea. I wanted to ask, though, if the acid would compromise the nutrients in Huel? Will it denature the proteins or destroy some of the vitamins or something similar?
