My names Luisa, and I am 32 years old from the great land of BRUM!!

I have started my Huel journey after spending 12 months trying to purify my diet and disassociate from manufactured junk food, processed food and the dreaded cane sugar ( which seems to be in EVERYTHING)
So far on my journey I have lost 5 stone and put 1 back on, however I want to keep going.
