Office worker by day, parkour and gym enthusiast by night (well, mornings, evenings & weekends, really). Eating healthy mostly for the athletic edge, can't cook and too lazy to learn (or wash up more than a blender and flask on a regular basis).

On Huel 100% weekdays apart from additional protein powder some days, mix of Huel and normal food on weekends depending on what was cheap in the shops at the end of the week.
