I'm a professional abseiler and rope access technician.
I'm using Huel to assist with my attempt to gain weight. I have struggled my whole life being very slim. I"m 72kg and Just a fraction under 6ft 5. I am extremely athletic with little to no body fat. I am aiming to hit somewhere in the region of 3,200/3,300 calories per day. I am using Huel and also eating at least 2 substantial meals per day.
At the moment I am not exercising (just working) to reduce the amount of calories I burn. I just want to get an idea of what I will gain over a few weeks.
