Assuming I only ate Huel, that would involve eating 4 pouches a week (which is described as a months supply, albeit for a woman who does not want to gain weight). Are there any risks with consuming so much? There is a high protein content, could that potentially cause any issues with breaking it down?
I am active and I go to the gym at least 3 times a week.
