According to the Oxford English Dictionary middle age is between about 45 and 65: "The period between early adulthood and old age , usually considered as the years from about 45 to 65.
45-65 well I’m still a youngster then lol
I think of middle aged as the middle of your life.
Pretty hard to predict how long you’re gonna live but I reckon I might make it to 80.
So I’m smack bang in the middle right now 
Altho if I keep throwing myself off bmx bikes, into waterfalls, and down mountains… I might’ve hit the middle of my life quite a while ago.
I’ve had more lives and near-death experiences than all the cats in the mad-cat-lady’s 4-bedroom house
