We now take a break from this incredibly awkward moment to wish @Phil_C a speedy recovery. Don’t touch that dial.
The awkward moment is the best distraction for not stealing huel B)
thanks David - just being at home makes a huge difference and compared to how I looked a week ago - normality, such as it is, is returning fast. Yes - I still have to try and sleep without moving in the same position for a while but at least its on a sprung mattress and not a sheet of lead now.
Back home after my second surgery in a month which is probably as well, because the hospital interpretation of a low sodium/low fat diet again revolved largely around fried chicken, buttered vegetables and instant mash. Oh, and the weirdest interpretation of an American Breakfast ever…
I thought an American breakfast consisted of a cup of coffee that i’ll have to take with me because i just do not have time to enjoy this delicious spread you put on every morning due to the high octane work life of an American!
Welcome back Phil and good luck with your recovery! That breakfast leaves a lot to be desired… congrats to which ever nurse brought that to you without the egg falling off the plate.
