Huel for longevity

I’ve read this thread with interest.

Is there any chance that spermadine is added to Huel?

There is spermadine in oats and peas. Huel contains them.

Yes and

  • Wheat and whole grains

  • Broccoli and cauliflower

  • Mushrooms

  • Mangos

  • Soybeans and soy products

  • Chicken
So let me rephrase. Is there the equivalent of 1gm per serving in Huel?

There is none in Huel :slightly_smiling_face:

I know that’s why I asked

Polyamines inc. Spermadine are in lots of foods, naturally-occurring. I assume it makes its way into Huel along with all the other nutrients. Correct me if I’m wrong.

You asked a question you already knew the answer to? Smart.

It’s probably better not to comment in a sarcastic way on other people’s posts if you can’t answer the question. It doesn’t add to the discussion.

What’s the question again?

I did answer your original question in a helpful manner. You just phrased it moronically and accused me of being sarcastic. So cheers pal.
