Keep on going buddy! Huel is a good way to go but I think the transformation from what you were consuming to going to 100% Huel is just to difficult. Baby steps. Also are you in contact with any therapists that special in helping people with unhealthy relationships with food. I think this will really help.

I’ve also had weight problems but am now at the lowest weight for years. Over the past year, I’ve lost a stone of fat and come from a 44 inch waist to a 33 inch waist. I’ve worked up so that I have three Huel servings a day now. The real benefit of the Huel diet is that you don’t get a craving for snacking inbetween meals. You are full for at least four hours. I’ve also walked for an hour each day so the combination of Huel and exercise leads to weight loss. I’m taking on board 1,200 calories a day and that’s it, so the weight has to reduce each day.
